I have been a metalsmith for 13 wonderful years, and the thing I came to love most was making simple rings where the stone was the star and it shone as bright as the Sterling in which it was nestled.

This is just that, with a wonderful and chatoyant slice of long oval Kyanite - in motion, it is varied and vibrant in its length-wise shimmer. The band on this ring is simple and elegant sterling in a gorgeous thick gauge.
